Award-Winning Manga Author Animated Video for Ed Sheeran's "Supermarket Flowers"

Manga author Yoriko Hoshi—who was awarded the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize's Grand Prize for the Aisawa Riku The artist spent about 10 months on the project, creating roughly 600 illustrations to bring you to life with animations. for his "Supermarket Flowers" song.

"Supermarket Flowers" first appeared on Sheeran's 2017 album, MothIn the process of preparing for the animated video, Hoshi visited London, Ireland, and other locations.

Ed Sheeran is coming to Japan this month, with concerts scheduled at the Tokyo Dome on April 9, followed by Osaka's Kyocera Dome on April 23.
