OVA Planned for Supernatural Manga The Girl from the Other Side

Internationally acclaimed manga series The girl from the other side: Siúil, a Rún Will be getting a short OVA adaptation for release with the manga's first limited-edition book.

Created by Nagabe (The Wize Wize Beasts of the Wizarding Wizdoms), The series follows a little girl named shiva, who lives in the care of the mysterious monstrous Sensei. The official summary from Seven Seas Entertainment reads:

A young girl named shiva lives on the other side, in a vacant village with a demonic But when Shiva leaves Teacher's care to seek out her grandmother, the secret behind her mysterious living arrangement comes to light .

The OVA will be animated by Production I.G offshoot WIT Studio (Attack on Titan, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, The Ancient Magus' Bride). Animators Yuutarou Kubo and Satomi Maiya have been brought on to direct, with indications that the OVA will be using new styles and methods to create a unique look.
