If you were worried about all the visual effects artists rushing to fix Sonic's busted look before the Sonic the Hedgehog Director Jeff Fowler—who previously tweeted about changes being made to the Blue Blur after all the negative reactions from the first trailer—hopped on Twitter to movie's November debut, fear not, they now have some more time. announce a delay.
Sonic the Hedgehog will now premiere on February 14, 2020Fowler even made sure to cap the tweet off with a "no VFX artists were harmed in the making of this movie" hashtag, so get ready to (hopefully) fall in love with the new and improved Sonic.
