Following the official announcement for its production last Friday, a teaser site for the forthcoming trilogy

anime film project based on Yoshiyuki Tomino's Mobile Suit Gundam: Senkou no Hathaway / Hathaway's

Flash novel opened Today, announcing its "next WINTER" release. No other details such as staff and voice

cast are currently available.

The trilogy is one of the five Mobile Suit Gundam 40th anniversary projects revealed last week, and will

be released as the second part of the "UC NexT 0100" project following Mobile Suit Gundam NT (Narrative)

opened in Japan yesterday. Its first trailer is now screened with NT in Japanese theaters.

Senkou no Hathaway / Hathaway's Flash was written by Tomino, one of the original creators of the first Mobile

Suit Gundam TV series who serves as director, as a sequel to his 1988 novel Mobile Suit Gundam Char's

Counterattack – Beltorchika Children (based on his rejected first draft for the 1988 film Mobile Suit Gundam

Char's Counterattack), and published for three volumes from Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko from 1989 to 1990.

The story is set twelve years after The Second Neo Zeon War led by Char Aznable, and focuses on Bright Noa's

son Hathaway, who secretly acts as "Mufti Nabiyu Erin", the leader of a terrorist organization called "Mufti"

The purpose is to assassinate The Earth Federation's leaders.
