The official Twitter for Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine group announced today that Norimitsu Kaihou (story) and Sadoru Chiba (art)’s moe-survival manga Gakkou Gurashi! / SCHOOL-LIVE! will end its serialization in the next January 2020 issue of Manga Time Kirara Forward to be released on November 22, 2019.
The manga has been serialized in the magazine since July 2012, and its latest 77th chapter was published in the December 2019 issue released today in Japan. So far 11 tankobon volumes have been available. It was adapted into a 12-episode TV anime in 2015 and a 105-minute live-action film in early this year.

The manga’s story writer Kaihou also confirms on Twitter that the next chapter will be its last one.
