The five-member Japanese vocal group Little Glee Monster has posted a special clip featuring their performance of "Your Name," the OP theme for the ongoing second cour of the TV anime The Case Study of Vanitas. The original version used in the anime's OP movie has Japanese lyrics, but the members are singing the English version in this collaboration movie filmed at Sony's Warp Square (One of the members, Serina Hasegawa, has been taking a break since last month due to health problems and does not appear in this video).
The unit was formed in 2012 and has sung theme songs for various anime series, such as Pocket Monster, My Hero Academia, BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, MIX, and Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. The song "Your Name" is released digitally today, and its CD single is set to be released in Japan on March 2, 2022, as their 19th single.
