The new single-player campaign is named Return of the Mammalians, which will see the new Agent get the help of Callie and Marie once again. A post for the campaign was released:

While not much was confirmed about the multi-player mode, what is known is that Turf War is back and basically unchanged, except for some new main and sub weapons.

There's no date yet on when Splatoon 3 will be released on the Nintendo Switch, but I have an inkling it'll be soon.
