Voice actress Minami Takahashi (Megumi Tadakoro in Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma, Elf Yamada in Eromanga Sensei) will release her first solo mini album "Tenk you!!" to commemorate the 10th anniversary of her voice acting career from Universal Music on September 28, and a short music video for the lead track "Someday is Today" is now streamed on YouTube.
Takahashi started her career as a voice actress in 2011, and her other well-known anime characters include Sora Kazesawa in Aikatsu!, Ojou in Please Tell Me! Galko-chan, Lucoa in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Tione Hiryute in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Sword Oratoria, Shea Haulia in Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest, Grimm in Combatants Will Be Dispatched!, and Kanoko Matsukaze in Deaimon: Recipe for Happiness.
She performed as a member of voice actress unit Trefle from 2013 to 2016, but this is the first time that she has released a solo work under her own name. After posting the music video for "Someday is Today", she said on Twitter, "Hey everyone—!!! A short version of the music video is streamed now! It's short but please check it out! I feel like if you watch the video a lot, I'll be able to do a lot more!!"
