Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul

Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul anime film – which made headlines late December for getting awarded R15 rating – will be getting a 4DX / MX4D release in Japan from February 28, it was announced on February 2. The film premiered in the country on January 17 and is still currently showing in its non-4D form.The 4D release will be accompanied by a cinema expansion to more screens across the country.

At the expansion, a new 16-page booklet will be distributed with production materials from the film.The current present, an illustration by the manga creator Akihito Tsukushi, will continue until February 6.The 4D version of the film will be dropping the pre-show special, Marulk's Everyday, which was attached to the regular print of the film.

A new anime project was announced at the end of Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul, saying “To be continued ..” It is not known what that continuation will be as of yet.
